    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    3 T. cocoa
    1/2 t. baking powder
    1/4 t. baking soda
    1 1/2 t. vanilla
    1/2 c. chocolate chips


    Recipe



    Mix in order in a mixer. Spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. The kids love these, and I can whip them up in a jiffy.
