Mixture 1:
1 stick margarine
6 oz cream cheese
1-1/3 cups plain flour
Mix together

Mixture 2:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip together


Recipe



Roll Mixture 1 thin

Cut with small, round cookie cutter

Place dough in bottom of small muffin pan

Place 1 teaspoon of Mixture 2 on top of Mixture 1 in small muffin pan

Bake in 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes,

watching carefully so they do not burn

Dust with 10x Sugar
