    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 cups sugar
    2/3 cup cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder
    ½ tsp salt
    ¾ cup butter of margarine
    4 large eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup chocolate chips
    2 cups miniature marshmallows
    2 cups butterscotch or peanut butter chips
    2 tbsp shortening
    3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside. In small bowl. Lightly beat eggs and vanilla; add to dry mixture and beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into greased 9”X13” baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bar. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine butterscotch or peanut butter chips and shortening in top of double boiler over hot, but not boiling water. Stir until melted. Add rice cereal; stir until thoroughly coated. Immediately spread over top of marshmallows. Cool until set; cut into bars.
