    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 cups sharp New York
    cheddar cheese
    1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 cup flour
    1 pkg pecan halves

    Recipe



    Cream butter; add cheese, then salt, pepper & flour. Roll into small balls and press pecan half on each ball to flatten each cookie.

    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 mins.

    (Makes 40-45 HOT cookies)
