2 Egg Whites
2/3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Maraschino Cherries (optional)
Chopped Nuts (optional)


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Slowly add sugar while still beating egg whites.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by the teaspoon full on foiled lined cookie sheet.
Turn off oven.
Put in hot oven (Don’t forget to turn off oven) and leave for 3 hrs or more.
Adding chopped nuts and/or a maraschino cherry on top adds a festive and tasty decoration!
