Grandma Bogey's Lemon Bars

1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup margarine; softened
3 eggs; lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 additional powdered sugar
Recipe
Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, sugar and butter; pat into a
greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, 3Tbsp.
flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over the hot crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares. Source: Taste of Home mag, June/July 1996
