1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
4 blocks chocolate bark
Bugles horn-shaped snacks
Confectioners' sugar (optional)
Recipe
Using the narrow handle of a spoon or fork as a scoop, fill the horns with peanut butter. Melt the bark in a microwave oven for 1 minute on High. Stir. Continue to melt, stirring every 3 to 5 seconds until thoroughly melted. Spoon the chocolate over each horn, turning to coat. Place on wax paper to cool.
Optional: When completely cooled, dust with confectioners' sugar. Garnish a tray with berries and mint leaves.
