1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Recipe



Sift all dry ingredients. Blend butter into dry ingredient mixture. Mix until a soft dough is formed. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until all edges are lightly brown.
