    Mocha Chunk Cookies

    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. bread flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. salt
    2 t. coffee crystals (we used Roma)

    Mix in a bowl.

    1 c. sucanat
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soft butter

    Beat together in a mixer.

    2 eggs

    Add next and continue to beat in. Then add flour mix above slowly until incorporated.

    1 c. chocolate chips

    Stir in slowly.

    Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 23-25 minutes.
