Peanut Butter Shortbread

1 1/4 c. flour
3 T. brown sugar
1/3 c. cold butter
Blend in a food processor until you have fine crumbs
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Add to the processor and mix until it begin to hold together.
Take out and knead a bit in a big bowl until it is sticking together even more. Pat out onto an ungreased cookie sheet in about an 8 inch circle. (Abbie used a rolling pin to flatten it better.) Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cut into wedges while it is still warm.
