    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1 egg
    1/2 t. orange peel

    Beat in order.

    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    2 c. oats


    Recipe



    Mix and add in with 1 c. raisins.

    Drop by T's onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Let rest 2-3 minutes and remove.
