Untraditional Rice Krispie Bars

1/2 cup Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Dates, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Nuts, chopped
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Coconut Recipe
In a pan, combine margarine, sugar, egg, and dates. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients. Press into greased 9X13 pan.
