    Take an aluminum pan and put a light layer of brown sugar, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Use a medium-thick cut bacon and wrap around Johnsonville regular brats and lay them atop the brown sugar. Coat the top of the brats with more brown sugar and put them on a smoker or grill. When the sugar turns to a liquid, drain off and put back on the smoker or grill until the bacon looks done.
