    1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (1 fat gram per tablespoon)
    3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    3 tablespoons grated onion
    1 1/2 tablespoons clover or other mild honey
    1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
    3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
    6 cups shredded green cabbage
    4 cups shredded red cabbage


    Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, onion, honey, celery seeds, salt and black pepper to a large glass or stainless steel bowl and whisk until combined. Add the green and red cabbage and toss together until completely coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, taste and adjust seasonings, toss again and serve. Makes 10 - 12 servings.
