    Best In America Potato Salad

    4 cups cooked potatoes, cut up (about 2 lbs.)*
    4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 medium-size onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper or celery
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon celery seed
    2 Tablespoons sweet relish
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, and green pepper or celery in a medium-size bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Add to potatoes, mix well. Chill before serving.

    *Note: I cook the potatoes whole, unpeeled in salted water until tender, cool slightly, peel and then cut up
    Approx. 6-8 servings
