List of Ingredients




1 small pkg. of small white beans
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 T. molasses
2 t. brown sugar
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
1 pork hock or 2 bacon slices chopped (optional)




Recipe



Put all in a crock pot on high with 2 inches of water to cover. Add salt to taste at the end of the cooking time. Check water level as it cooks so that the beans don't dry out. You can add a little more brown sugar at the end, if you like.
