    List of Ingredients




    5 lbs. Red Potatoes
    10 Eggs
    2 Small bunches of green onions
    1 Large jar of Hellman's Mayo

    Recipe



    1. Boil potatoes for about 1 1/2 hour. Drain water and let cool. Hard boil the eggs, drain and let cool.

    2. When potatoes have cooled down, peel and cut into chunks. Peel hard boiled eggs and cup up and add to potatoes. Cut onions into small pieces with some of the green stem and add to potatoes. Then add the jar of Mayo and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Refrigerate overnight in a covered bowl.
