    Two shoulder London Broils
    Bag of frozen Chinese style vegetables
    One onion sliced
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce (or any other Chinese sauce, such as oyster)
    1/4 cup sherry
    1/4 cup Madeira wine
    beef broth or bullion cube dissolved in water

    Cut beef into cubes, brown in a little oil in frying pan. Add contents to slow cooker, cook on low 8-10 hours. Makes a lot of sauce, good with rice.
