    1 can black beans (15 oz.), rinsed & drained
    2 cans whole dernel corn (15.25 oz), drained
    1 cup of thick & chunky salsa
    5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
    1 (8oz.) brick of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    In a 3.5 or 4 qt. Slow cooker, mix together beans, corn, _ cup of salsa. Top with chicken breasts, then pour remaining salsa over chicken.

    Cover & cook on high heat for 2.5-3 hours or until chicken is tender & white. (Do not overcook!) Remove chicken & cut into bite size pieces. Add back to slow cooker.

    Add cream cheese (cut into cubes to melt faster) to slow cooker & heat until cream cheese melts & blends with sauce. Serve over rice & top with cheddar cheese.
