    1 3/4 Cups Sugar
    2 Cups Flour
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla
    3 Eggs
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Cup Oil
    2 Diced up Apples

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together saving apples for last. Slowly mix in apples.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
