    1 banana per person
    Optional garnishes:
    Kahlua or Tia Maria
    Cream or premium vanilla ice cream
    Cinnamon
    Fresh mint

    Instructions:
    Place banana(s) in oven in their skins. Cook at 350 degrees until black and soft.

    Cut open; serve in skins with dash of Kahlua or Tia Maria, sprinkle of cinnamon, and cream or Ben and Jerry's ice cream to top. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
