    Creamy Cheesecake Pudding

    2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    2 pkgs. (3.4oz. each) vanilla instant pudding
    2 cups sour cream
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 can of fruit pie filling (blueberry, cherry, strawberry are best)

    Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding mix and sour cream and mix well. Add the sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.

    FOLD the pie filling into the pudding...DO NOT STIR.

    Serve garnished with whipped topping, if desired.
