    Easy Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (8 oz) container raspberry yogurt
    1 (12 oz) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

    Recipe



    Place chocolate chips in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power for about 1 minute or until melted. (Stir chips after 1 minute and every 30 seconds to check if they are melted.)
    Stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Cook at high power an additional 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Remove from microwave and stir. Allow to cool completely.
    Stir the yogurt into the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix well.
    Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
    Chill well.
    Serve topped with fresh raspberries and chocolate curls, if desired.
