    Frozen Chocolate Graham Cups

    1-1/2 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. (4-oz.) chocolate instant pudding
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
    7 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. chopped salted peanuts

    Recipe



    Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat on low until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes
    Fold in whipped topping, crackers, marshmallows and peanuts
    Spoon into muffin pan lined with baking cups
    Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
    Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.

    Frozen Vanilla Graham Cups:Prepare as directed, substituting vanilla pudding for the chocolate and 1/4 c. chopped nuts or slivered almonds and 1/4 c. diced maraschino cherries for the marshmallows and peanuts
