    Makes 1 pint.

    1 cup milk
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut in pieces

    Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until cold; put in ice cream maker canister. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
