Blend together:
1 quart half&half
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Irish Creme Liqueur
3 eggs
enough milk to bring to half gallon

Freezer in ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions. Serve with fresh strawberries and brownies. (This freezes as a left over very well, the liqueur causes it to stay somewhat soft.)

This was a wonderful experiment with flavoring that I did one hot summer night. We had guests sitting on the front porch with us and lots of strawberries to share. I made this flavor of ice cream by chance and now wouldn't serve any other. We love front porch weather here at the Inn, it's like sitting there with Aunt Bea and Andy. I heard a man on the radio say, that's whats wrong with our neighborhoods today, no front porches to sit on and visit each other. The Inn takes us back to those gracious days of swinging on the front porch and just talkin'.
