    1/3 cup sugar
    2 medium ripe bananas
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1/3 up cream of coconut
    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    1/8 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Combine sugar and bananas in medium bowl. Mash with potato masher until smooth.
    Stir in pineapple juice and remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture into a freezer container.
    Freeze for 2 hours until mixture is very thick.
    Yield 6 servings 1/2 cup
