    Filling for 2 pies:
    2 cups sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 cup cream
    1/4 cup milk or enough to finish filling pies
    finely chopped apples

    Recipe



    Fill bottom layers of unbaked crusts with finely chopped apples. Dot with butter. Then mix sugar and flour. Add egg, cream milk. Mix well and pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
