    First Layer:
    3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

    Spread crumbs over bottom of an 8" square pan.

    Second Layer:
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. fresh pureed peaches

    Beat sour cream until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Continue to beat and add sugar. Fold peaches into sour cream. Pour peach mixture over crumbs. Freeze until firm.

    Third Layer:
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. confectioners' sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbs. vanilla wafer crumbs

    Recipe



    Cream margarine. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat.

    Spread over frozen peach layer and sprinkle with crumbs. Return to freezer.

    Serves 6 - 8.
