3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
20 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large banana
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
1/4 cup chopped nuts for top

Recipe



Beat egg whites until stiff & then beat in sugar.
Add Ritz crackers & 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Spread in square pan.
Bake 30 minutes in 350º F. oven. Let cool.
Cover with sliced bananas & Cool Whip.
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
May wish to cut squares & top with bananas & Cool Whip as needed.
May garnish with a slight drizzle of chocolate syrup & a red or green cherry.
