    Ron Viola's Special Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    1 quart regular whole pasteurized milk
    1 heaping tablespoon of flour
    1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
    3 whole eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Scald the milk and add the flour and beaten eggs
    Continue to cook on low heat until begins to thicken
    Freeze it in trays in the freezer and put in bowl when about half frozen and beat, then return to freezer
    Best when eaten when first freezes as it gets icy when in freezer long time. (Mom did not have ice-cream freezer but later I had one that you chilled in freezer, then froze ice cream in.)
