2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup sour cream
1& 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, divided
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 cup whipping cream
4 tblsp. sugar, divided
1 angel food cake, torn into bite-size pieces
2 quarts fresh strawberries, thinly sliced


Recipe



In large bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar till fluffy; add sour cream, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and almond extracts. Set aside. In small bowl, whip the cream, remaining vanilla and 1 tbsp. sugar. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in cake pieces; set aside. Combine strawberries and remaining sugar. Layer in a large glass bowl, starting with one-fourth of the strawberries, then adding one-third of the cake mixture. Continue layering; finish with strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap; chill well.
