    Strawberry Chiffon Ice Cream

    2 small boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup strawberry flavored sugar free syrup
    1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix gelatin with hot water and stir briskly until dissolved. Add cold sugar-free syrup and chill mixture until it is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white.

    Fold in sour cream and strawberries. Pour mixture into the freezing drum unit of any ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's directions.

    Makes six servings.
