    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 Tbsp butter
    4 Tbsp milk
    1/2 tsp salt

    Filling:
    1 qt berries
    1 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp flour

    Blend first five ingredients. Sprinkle over berries and bake 10 or 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

    1 egg
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 cup cream, sweet or sour

    Mix and pour atop kuchen and return to oven 10 or 15 minutes.
