    10 Strawberries
    1 lb Dark Chocolate
    1 lb White Chocolate

    Recipe



    Melt and temper the white chocolate and the dark chocolate. First take a strawberry and dip it into the white chocolate, allow to cool, This will be the shirt. Next take the same strawberry and dip into the dark chocolate on side and then the other making the coat. Allow to cool, next with a pastry sleeve filled with dark chocolate, draw a bowtie and three buttons on the shirt of the berry. Cool & serve.
