    1 large banana, cut into chunks and frozen
    1 cup of orange juice
    1 cup of fat free milk
    1/4 cup of wheat germ
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    4 ice cubes

    Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings
