    1 envelope of gelatin
    1/4 cup of water
    1 square of unsweetened chocolate
    1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon of liquid sweetener
    1/4 cup of water
    1/2 cup of evaporated milk
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    1/4 cup of chopped nuts

    Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener. Add milk and 1/4 cup water slowly. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Remove from stove, add vanilla and cool. When mixture begins to thicken, add nuts and turn into a cold pan. When firm, cut into pieces.
