    1/4 cup of onion, chopped
    1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons of flour
    2 1/2 cups of frozen shrimp
    1 teaspoon of chili powder
    1 teaspoon of salt
    Dash of pepper
    2 cups of canned tomatoes (1 - 16 oz. can)
    2 cups of cooked rice

    Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add tomatoes and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp. Heat through. Serve over hot rice.
