    Plan ahead...needs to chill for at least 2 hours
    Serves: 8

    2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    1/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
    1 T. sugar
    1 graham cracker crust (9-in.)
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 c. cold milk, 'divided'
    1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the strawberries, almonds and sugar. Pour into crust. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1/2 c. of milk. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat for 1 minute or until blended; pour over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

    NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS: One serving (PREPARED WITH a reduced-fat graham cracker crust, fat-free cream cheese, skim milk, and sugar-free pudding mix) equals: 189 calories, 311 mg sodium, 3 mg cholesterol, 25 gm carbohydrate, 9 gm protein, 6 gm fat, 1 gm fiber.
