    16 oz. Philadelphia Brand pumpkin flavored cream cheese
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    4 packets Equal, Splenda or Sweet N Low
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    roasted walnuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Beat Cream Cheese with electric beaters until smooth. Beat in weetener of choice (Equal or Splenda).

    In another bowl, beat the cream, sweetener and vanilla until thick.

    Fold the cream cheese into the cream until just mixed. Pat the mixture into a glass pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Decorate with roasted Walnuts if desired. Refrigerate covered until set.
