    1½ cups butter (3 sticks) "no substitutes"
    1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
    5 eggs (room temperature)
    3 cups sugar
    1 Tbs vanilla extract (real)
    1½ cups all purpose flour
    2 cups chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    HEAT oven to 375° (350° for glass baking dish)
    Melt butter in saucepan or microwave. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
    Beat eggs,sugar & vanilla in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes.
    Reduce speed to low; beat in cocoa mixture until well blended.
    Beat in flour just until blended. Stir in walnuts
    Spread in greased 13x9" baking pan
    Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
    Cool in pan. Cut into squares


    Chopped Pecans or Almonds may be substituted for walnuts
