    Ambrosia Fruit and Nut Mold

    Two 3-ounce packages of lime Jello gelatin
    2-1/2 cups boiling water
    1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped
    1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 pint sour cream
    1/2 cup walnuts

    Dissolve gelatin in water. Set aside; when thoroughly cooled, add sour cream and mix well with mixer on slowest speed. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into greased mold and refrigerate for one hour. When ready to serve, place mold in pan of warm water briefly to loosen and then turn into a serving dish.
