    2 cups sliced fresh apricots (about 12 ounces)
    2 T apricot nectar or Orange Muscal Dessert Wine
    1 T sugar (granulated)

    Mix together apricots, sugar, and nectar. Set aside.
    Top shortcake, pound cake, ice cream, frozen yogurt etc.
