    Baked Apples in Red Wine

    1 c. dry red wine(such as Cabernet or Zinfandel)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cinnamon red hots
    1 T. lemon juice
    4 baking apples, peeled and cored
    4 t. sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix together wine, sugar, red hots and lemon juice. Pour over apples and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 min. Serve with a teaspoon of sour cream over each apple.
