    16 reduced fat vanilla wafers,
    broken up
    2 cups Vanilla or other fruit flavored
    nonfat yogurt
    1 large ripe banana, thinly sliced
    4 ripe strawberries, large, halved

    Recipe



    Put about 1 TBS wafers in each of 4 dessert (6oz) dishes. Top with 1/3 of the yogurt and 1/2 the banana. Repeat with remaining wafers, 1/2 the remaining yogurt, and remaining banana. Top with remaining yogurt. Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours. Garnish with halved strawberries and a sprig of mint
