    Caramel Graham Fudge Brownies

    1 package of fudge brownie mix
    1 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/2 cup of melted margarine
    One 14 ounce package of caramels
    1/3 cup of evaporated milk
    3/4 cup of peanut butter chips
    3/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/4 cup of water
    1/4 cup of oil
    1 egg

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. In medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of the brownie mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine; mix well. Press mixture in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan. In saucepan combine caramels and milk. Cook until melted. Carefully spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of pecans. Combine remaining brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes. Spoon batter over pecans. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake 33 to 38 minutes and cool well.
