    7-1/2 c sliced, peeled apples
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp mace
    3 T flour
    1/4 c orange juice
    1/2 c brown sugar
    6 T butter
    1/3 c flour
    1/2 c coconut

    Recipe



    Arrange apples in a greased 8" square baking pan.
    Combine 1/2 c brown sugar, cinnamon, mace & 3 T flour. Sprinkle over apples.
    Pour juice evenly over all.
    Combine 1/2 c brown sugar and 1/3 c flour
    Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in coconut. Sprinkle over apples.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake 425 20 minutes
    Remove foil; bake 15 minutes more
