    6 doughnut holes
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 3/4 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450°
    Cut doughnut holes into halves. Arrange in 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Combine eggs and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Mix well. Add salt, nutmeg, milk, and vanilla.
    Beat well, pour over doughnut holes.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Doughnut holes will rise to top while baking.
