    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 cup green creme de menthe
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    fresh mint for garnish

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water & creme de menthe and refrigerate till partially congealed.
    Whip together with cream, adding cream gradually until color is medium green.
    Pour into parfait glasses and refrigerate.
    Garnish w. fresh mint.
