    Fantastic Frosted Fattening Brownies

    1 cup margarine [2 sticks]
    1/2 cup cocoa
    2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    Pinch of salt
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup nuts [optional]
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Frosting:
    1/4 cup margarine [1/2 stick]
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1/3 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 pound confectioners' sugar
    4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Recipe



    Place 1 cup margarine and 1/2 cup of cocoa in a saucepan and heat over low heat until the margarine melts. Mix well. Place 2 cups sugar, the flour, salt and eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in the chocolate mixture and add the nuts [if used] and vanilla, mix well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake in a 350º oven for 20 minutes.

    Frosting: While the brownies are baking, make the frosting. Place margarine, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Heat over low heat stirring until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth.

    To assemble: When the brownies have finished baking, remove from the oven and turn off the oven. Distribute the miniature marshmallows over the top of the brownies and place back in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove and pour warm
    frosting over the marshmallows and spread.
